1. Are your scrunchies handmade?

Yes! Every scrunchie and bag charm/keychain is completely handmade by me. I sew each item with care using fabrics purchased only from small businesses in the USA. I love supporting other makers and keeping everything small-batch and personal.

2. Do you keep inventory in stock?

All of my scrunchies are made in small, limited quantities.
Many styles may not return once they sell out, so if you see something you love, don’t wait — it may be gone forever.

I do not mass produce; I make each piece as orders come in.

3. How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders ship next business day.
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing since everything is handmade.
If I’m ever unable to meet the 3-day window, I will reach out to you personally.

4. Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from New Jersey, USA.

5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number by email.

6. What is your return policy?

I offer 30-day returns on scrunchies that:

  • are unworn

  • still have their original tags

  • are in their original condition

9. How do I care for my scrunchies?

To keep your scrunchies looking new the longest, I recommend:

  • Hand wash in cold water with gentle detergent

  • Lay flat to dry

Machine-wash option:

  • Place in a mesh laundry bag

  • Wash on gentle cycle, cold water

  • Lay flat to dry

  • All scrunchies purchased comes with a tag with instruction on how to care for your scrunchie!

12. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.
I currently ship within the USA only.
